How can I cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period?
If you’re within the 14-day cooling-off period, you can only cancel your membership without a fee if you have not used the facilities. The cooling-off period only applies if you have not trained at any other Urban Gym Group location (including Gymbox) during this time. If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period and have already used any Urban Gym Group club, you'll be charged a daily rate for each day you used the facilities.
1) Open the TrainMore app and go to Studio.
2) Select Self-Service.
3) Tap on Contract Data, then on your active membership.
4) Choose Cancel Contract, then tap Proceed to Cancellation
5) Select your contract-end date
6) As cancel reason specifically select '14-day cooling off period'
7) Confirm your request.
Our team will review your submission, and if it’s approved, you’ll receive a notification confirming the updated cancellation date. Please make sure to check your account in the app under Studio > Self-service to see if any outstanding fees remain. If so, you can easily settle them through the app.
