How can I freeze my membership?

If you need to pause your membership due to illness or injury, TrainMore allows freezes from one month up to a maximum of six months per every 12 months.* 


If you have lost your job (redunancy or termination), it is possible to freeze your membership up to 3 months. 


Here’s how to request a freeze:


1) Open the TrainMore app and navigate to Self-service> Idle Period 


2) Upload documentation based on your situation (medical/job loss): Provide a doctor’s note, physiotherapy note, or specialist appointment confirmation, or a poof of termination/redundancy. 


3) Ensure your document includes your personal data that matches your membership. Please note that you can anonymize any information on your submitted document that is not relevant to us. 


Once submitted, your request will be reviewed. You’ll receive confirmation if it’s approved, or guidance if other documentation is needed. 


Please be aware we can only start the freeze after we have received the required documents. Freezing retroactively is only possible for a medical freeze, up to one month. 


The period that the membership is frozen will be added to the originally agreed term.


*Freezes are not available for 1-month contracts.
