Where can I find my membership number?

Your membership number can be found in the email sent when you signed up, but also can be found in the TrainMore App when logged in:

Open the TrainMore app

Go to Studio

Select Self-Service

Tap on Member data and you’ll see your member number there

Alternatively, you can ask for it at reception.
